Musky ready (Flaptails & Jitter Bugs)

Here are the finished falaptails and Jitter Bug plugs (Jitter Bug inspired by Lemire's sea fly) Stevel, awesome teaser...THANKS. Been trying out a couple of new things, first got fancy with the camera and built a light box. Still suck at taking pics, but with a 5 year old digital camera they came out OK.
Also been blending my own pearl paints and really like the results, hard to capture some of the subtle color shifts with the camera, and I love to paint my own eyes.

Enjoy.......Happy fishing and good luck,

MS

I was in Milwaukee, walking from 1 plane to another. I had a 25 min turn around to make it to the BOS plane.
Frontier has cheep flights, I'll be on and off into KC through out the summer, the late flight to BOS connects through MKE

Man your work is insanely clean, love the stenciled out scales on the top of the flaptail, cool trick.

My questions is what brand or supplier of eyes are you using???

if you dont mind sharing, pm me if you dont want the masses to know.

that bottom purple one is my favorite.

your flaptail connections/wire are mad clean.

man i need to my shop set up and start turning some pluggage.

Thanks CC401, I appreciate the kind words.

The eyes are clear doll eyes from Lisa & Ed's I believe. I paint them the colors I like. The photos do a poor job of capturing the details...I usually use 2-3 colors and different glitters. The sun really sets them off.
