A Couple of Hours Boat trip with 3 12yr olds - Striper Talk Striped Bass Fishing, Surfcasting, Boating

Hi Guys,

I'm on vacation this week and my son and his two freinds have asked me to take them fishing, Anyone have some room for an inshore trip with me and three 12yr old boys for a few hours? The boys have never fished from a boat
and would blow their mind to catch anything. Willing to pay for gas and the kids are willing to help clean the boat, Checked with the FF out of Point Judith but thought a smaller private boat would do the trick. Wanted to ask you guys Im just a shore guy..

I would suggest a 1/2 day fluke charter. There are a number of good charter capts out of PJ who could accommodate you. IMO that is your best bet.

Def do a 4 maybe 6 hr trip fluke, or even scup, sea bass or schoolies, ect.....
Kids get bored is there is not constant action.

Good advice guys, Going for half day fluke out of PJ. Should be good intro how they do on a boat, Will post pics of the event. The boys have no interst in eating any fluke they catch, But the mom's and dad's will enjoy a few if some are kept.
