Is this any of you?

I'm curious about the trolling motor attached to the engine? I have a similar boat but smaller and struggle to keep it under 3 kts for tubing etc.

Not me but FWIW, my Uncle has one in Jersey on his 23' boat. He uses it for trolling/drifting for Fluke in a few inlets etc. Not bad but it seems to drain the battery pretty quick after a day of "drifting" Cost him big bucks I believe too

I've seen those set ups before nice but $$$. Use the tilt on your motor and put your trim tabs all the way down. Gets me real slow for tubing.
