Agree, with the Congressional muckery and a general global slowdown the markets aren't doing well.
Sound like a buy opportunity eh?

the "deal" they just striked...the country's AA credit rating, and anybody who has a 401K remnant left...and just the future in General..will only get worse after next few election cycles, from what I gather...

most of our fidelity brokerage account is cash now- waiting to pull the trigger. as spence said risk in trying to time it.

3.625 no points. Have another lender who may have been at 3.5 mbs finally traded down Friday but rates were still good
