Some idiot just killed a beautiful fish for no reason other than that they were too stupid to know that it is only edible if skinned right away. They jerk(s) probably caught it but....Oh hell, there's no excuse for being an a-hole. Some idiot that should not be allowed to fish without parental supervision, or a chaperone!
