tides at breachways and PJ pond

How can I find out when the tides start to go out at Point Judith Pond, as well as Charlestown and Quonnie breachways?

Thanks,

Jamie

Charlestown Breachway is roughly 3 hours after high tide on the beach. High water has to reach the back of the pond before it starts to go out.

PJ pond has virtually no lag, should change close to published tides for PJ

I think PJ has a 12 hour lag so it just appears to have no lag
