Rigged eels.

Those things work. I got a few eels from Quaker lane a few weeks ago that were huge so i rigged em up. Fished down in Soco last night. I started plugging and got nothing swithced to live eels, same thing. Then switched over to riggies and started catching right away. I would think that if i could cast the live eels the same distance they would have done the trick as well. It was a confidence building night for sure. So now after getting up and still smelling like an eel im going to rig up a few more.

Everything is better on the rocks.

Oakley and I have fished them for years. Most effective when nothing else will work. Especially in the dark.
Read Brian's article in OTW if you can find it on rigging using plastic wire ties. Twice as fast and they last longer.

No boat, back in the suds.

I got make up a batch for late fall when the bait shops supply dwindles.
