Had a small owl land in the same tree as I was in while deer hunting a few years back. Scared the dump out of me, can't immagine how the mouse felt.

Ther was a grey squirrel sitting on the lawn enjoying eating a nut, next thing you saw was the squirrel flying away.... under a red tail hawk...he never saw it coming.

I had that exact same view one night fishing... an owl came down and was going to land on the tip of my 1201-M. SCARED ME TO DEATH... i could see every point of his talons.
