Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

for anyone using omega 3 oil for joint lubrication
it has high levels of mercury in it...(not good)

the alternative is switching to red krill oil
and the best deal i found was at puritain pride.

I am hearing more and more about Krill oil. Does it make sense to go even further down the food chain?

Lower on the food chain is always better than higher on the food chain. More abundant and reproduce faster. Also don't harbor contaminants the same way. Though a mixture of plant based sources in the best way to get low impact omega 3's.

No, no, no. we’re 30… 30, three zero.
