Figured that would happen. It was pretty dead all last week on the Block but the squid started showing up toward the end of the week so I thought the fat girls would be on their tails.

No boat, back in the suds.

I fished two of the breachways last night, no fish and not a single other person out on the rocks. Guess I picked the wrong ones…

Found the stripers to be fussy with color. They would hit blk/prple darters an rootbeer. Light blue over white pencils worked best at am. Then went to yellow polaris an got both bass an blues. It wasn't blitz but it was steady.Size was all over the place.Luck an good timeing for a change LOL

Does not exsist anymore rockhound, everyone has to let everyone know where/when they catch fish so they can feel like accomplished surf rats. Respect is earned by being able to remain low key, and keep your mouth shut. Now a days if you don't have 5 million posts on every online forum or don't post pics and write stories of all the fish you catch you simply have no idea what you are talking about. Screw it if you don't have a wetsuit, van staal, super duper 15ft rod that can cast across the canal and a BM collection that you can mortgage a house with you are simply useless.
