YES IT FITS. DOESN'T FIT THE 18MM ERGONOMIC REEL SEAT TOO WELL. I USE 20MM SEATS TO ASSURE ANY REEL FITS.

The VS will fit the DPSM in terms of the seat being physically big enough but the "fit" is not good relative to alignment , etc. For the VS reels you are better off using Fuji Deluxe DPSD seats. Can you make the others work , yes but you will be playing with them to align them. With the DPSD at 18 (even 17) or above , they will not only phsically be big enough but they will "fit like a glove".

well carp....that changes both my century builds around a bit
I wanted the NPS seats on em because I've always found them more comfortable. Guess I'll have to go back to the DPSDs and just ramp epoxy on both sides of the seat

Are u talking about the DNPSM/DNPSSD ergonomic reel seat? I used these for many rods and my presonal rods. The VS fits great. The standard reel seat DPSM'S are a nightmare keeping the reel in line when tighening as previous mentioned. Go with either in the deluxe version.

Deluxe fuji seat size 17 fits a vs 100, 150, 200 and 250 and all the ZeeBaas reels.
Use the smallest seat that fits the blank.

Keep in mind that while VS reels fit in smallish reel seats other reels will not fit in seats smaller than 20.

Yes , each case is specific. If a Penn 850 SS fits , its pretty safe to assume anything will fit.

I'm talking about the "comfort reel seat" NPS, with the integrated front hood.
I'm going with a 20 because although I have small hands, I've always been happy with a 20 seat. The 17s are too small to be comfortable.
The DPS tube seats, I agree with earlier comments, the VS will fit but it wobbles.
I'm going to get an NPS and check the fit to be sure before it gets mounted on the rod.
