white perch are awesome.. Congrats on finding the tasty critters.... last weekend i took a day off from trout fishing ( through the ice) to jig up a limit of whites ( and a few yellows) on Winnipisauki... nothing from fresh water eats better than cold water white perch..
We wont get the salt water run here until the middle of march..

A good run is better than a bad stand!

There's a great recipe for white perch, that makes em taste like cocktail shrimp!

I'll try and find it and post it later
