PacBay/Sabre 1089 New, Never Been Fished 1 piece

I built this rod for myself after fishing the same model rod for 2 or 3 years at the Canal. This rod is brand new. it has never been fished even one time. It is a conventional rod with a Fuji trigger seat and has Fuji Hardloy guides. It has a cork tape handle and a door knob style rubber butt cap. Its best at 3 OZ , will cast down to 1 but 4 is pushing the upper limit. I think its perfect for 3 OZ ball jigs with rubber tail like 8 inch curltails at the canal. Also great for jetties or in the breachways or beaches with plugs and eels about 2 to 3+ oz.
I built it with a beautiful Star Pattern cross wrap. This wrap alone is something I now charge $65 to add to a rod. The whole rod is black and gold and there is a space above the foregrip to add a striper sticker. This rod is in mint condition.

This is a steal for a brand new rod I made for myself but never used at all.

I want $150 firm for this rod. Since its a 1 piece rod , I will not ship it. Pickup/meet locally in the Providence , RI area.

				 | IMO its about the same. The AllStar power ratings were a number lower for about the same power (AS1088 about the same as a PB/S 1089 ). Now that's just one opinion. |

				 | I thought so... otherwise this would have been mine in a heartbeat... but I already have an AllStar. What a nice rod, nice build and great price. Sorry you are selling your stuff ... hope you are OK. |

				 | Bump
This is a great rod. I just noticed I built it with split guide underwraps (just shows it was a performance build).

This rod would be comparable in quality (maybe better) to a Rainshadow blank. Right power rating for the beachways too.
