Batten down the hatches , nasty weather on the way!

Its amost 9 PM Sat and there is a really nasty front heading our way. I would guess that about 10 PM or sooner , all hell is gonna break loose!

There was about 3 miles between the redish purple cells and don't you know that 3 mile space went right over my house!! Got lucky this time!! Still expect rain later but the real nasty spots have fizzled out in my area. Thinder and lightning we can handle (hopefully). For an hour there I had visions of another tree being blown down onto my house like last year.

I was at The Ditch between 9 and midnight. Fine weather till right at 11 and then Holy *&^%%$. Very nasty. I got wet even with a dry top and breathable waders.

No boat, back in the suds.

We survived! Actually wasn't as nasty out there as I had thought is was going to be. Of course not the best and quite of few had side effects from the bouncing/swaying. Heavy, heavy rain lasted about 10-15m, pretty good strong 25-30K wind, then the wind change of directions.

Put on my rain gear and jigged right through. The mate kept the chum coming, too. Not sure who stayed out on the other side of the boat. One of our group was sleeping upper deck and got a little soaked the rain hit so fast!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.
