Why not just cast it?
|
Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.

Easier than yak casting the only way I would buy one is if I could have it mounted in the bed of my truck with multiple barrels. That you could aim and adjust the trajectory with hydraulics.

Distance capability for those contraptions is wildly exaggerated.
Logistics are a pain . . . You need to keep the bait/sinker 'cartridge' frozen solid so you either need a freezer or dry ice for fishing a tide.
Bait choices are limited to what you put up earlier in the freezer . . . How many do you bring and waste if they thaw out even a little bit?
For what they cost you could buy a high performance distance fishing set up and exceed what that Rube Goldberg can do (with practice of course).
