Saw it! For some reason my computer wasn't re-loading the page...being such big news I was a little surprised it wasn't here when I posted...then voila! Worth mentioning more than once I'd say!! ;-)

Also, while this is great news lets just not celebrate yet... it's time to contact our reps. and let them know we want a NOAA head without a preconceived agenda that recognizes the issues facing today's fishermen!
