This time of year...
Always get me thinking about getting a new boat.
I need to focus on something else to get my mind off boats.

Sniff around... you will find one. You might want to get a broker to hunt down what you want. I know what you are thinking that it will be too much $...IMO a good boat broker will find you what you want (unadvertised deals) and save you more than what you pay him via negotiations the price with the seller...thus making it a win win. If you do all your own digging and find what you want you might be able to save a few bucks but in my experience a good broker who really knows the market and has a lot of contacts will find you what you want. Check out some of the brokers dealing in the type of boats you are looking for and send him an email. pay particular attn to those doing business in FL.

My dad just went over to the dark side to get us past those seals. A 20ft seacraft center console. It's in great condition, but the gunnel seems a bit low. I'd be surprised if it reaches your knees.

George Povaromo did a daytime swordfish show using stand up and during the taping of the show he was pulled overboard (see fig 3,4,5 of 6) Cockpit Safety Tips | Salt Water Sportsman
The show was interesting... I saw it last week.

the good news is it makes getting a tuna in the boat is easy can't be any lower than my boat. you can do alot in a small boat. just pick your days and be smart. learn your boat and know what it/you can do and cant do.even if it's snotty you can fish the bays and harbors and still catch plenty. i've got the small boat thing dialed in pretty good -anything i can do to help just let me know

my 1st wife didn't like me fishing so much
