As far as I know.....yes. It reportedly is somewhere near the CCC given the thread I found it in "over there". Nobody jumped it as being shopped, which would be standard MO over there....

I would guess you need a sticker for the vehicle showing you are a "shore fisherman"? Maybe an sb.com sticker would do?  |
