Cuttyhunk Angler Named Robbins

A gray tote was left at the Cuttyhunk Water Taxi (Seahorse) dock today when it arrived in New Bedford at 2:15 PM. The name "Robbins" is written on the tote.

If you happen to know this gentleman, can you please have him contact me in this thread or via PM? If he can verify the contents I will ship it back to him.
