Just as long as they thin out the seal population without harming humans ... that is fine ... there are so many seals, they should be able to eat for a few years before having to worry about looking elsewhere ...

If you swim near seals you're asking for it.
I'd be more worried about all the Portugese Man O War floating around due to the constant southerlies. |
