Use a pump designed to move fuel. like an electric gas pump. You don't want any stray sparks around when you doing that.

You don't need a pump unless the container is above the gas tank.
Atmospheric pressure will do just fine.
Take a long enough hose, fill it with gas, plug one end with your thumb, put the other end in the gas tank, lower the end in your hand to a container below the gas tank and let go with your thumb. It will flow as fast as the hose allows.

Why add FRESH gas to let it sit? If you're going to pump it anyway wait until spring when you will USE the fresh gas.

Jack Rabbit Pump
Hand operated and always works.

But I agree with others, don't bother filling it now, empty it/run it dry and refill in the spring.

if you remove the anti siphon valve in the fuel tank and temporarily replace it with a hose barb ( 1/4" NPT or 3/8NPT) you can remove the fuel line from the engine and place the hose in a container ( lower than the boat) a few pumps of the primer ball and the gas will flow...

A good run is better than a bad stand!

Electronic fuel pump from NAPA and some extra fuel hose $50. You can actually filter it and pump it into cans. Use it for your lawn mower or snow blower. All you need a is a 12V battery.
