Wow!a Brookie at 4.5# whoah! My first and biggest was a native and 16" just shy of 3#.
Man what a beautiful species of fresh water.
I remember as a kid catching smaller ones and picking them with my grandma.
Man what a threat come the holidays....

Wow is right!
5/0, we couldn't wait that long,,, rolled in corn meal, fried in butter, on the Colman stove. Can almost remember that aroma 👍
