Missinglink, that is a Jacket I bought for my son(pic) and one each for my self and daughter. I got them from Wal-Mart they are Sterns and were $20 each. They fit just like a vest with the part that goes around your neck made of a netting. They are the most comfortable fitting thngs I have ever worn!! I have had alot of them even SOS Supenders and I love these and the kids do to. They come in sizes to 60 inch chest.
