you have an error ...an unfilled box , or some info
is incorrect , wrong spot, something like that

Nope, what happens is that everything is fine, cost comes up as zero, but the handling charge wont fill in allowing for the transaction to go through. I call the Boston office and this extremely nice young lady takes care of it, and sendd it to me using my account number.
