Deveroux Beach or Gloucester ?

Hi All,

I've got the day off on Thursday and I was planning on heading up to the North Shore for some fishing. I've been doing most of my fishing in the Boston/Charlestown area but have had real bad luck so I've decided to head north. The fishing report in the Globe last week said the fishing was great up on the North Shore but things change on a daily basis. Has anyone been doing any fishing up at Deveroux Beach in Marblehead or up on the Gloucester shore? I'm deciding on where to spend my day and would like to head where the action has been better. I'll be fishing from the shore line. Thanks for the input.

try plum island

more current and bigger area...there are many blues and small stripers being caught there .... as well as larger fish so if nothing else you'll have fun.
