Paying it forward.
So I received a nice number of gifts and plugs after our house fire and want to pay it forward.
I want to Donate a tica surge 10ft 2 piece surf rod (basically brand new) and an old school penn 704 and some plugs and terminal tackle to get someone started or back into the sport for xmas.
May even have some other goodies to add in ince I go thru some stuff.
Anyone have a good suggestion for this idea or the best way to make it happen.
Thanks

I have someone in mind,if you don't have a recipient it would be my God son who is over sea's he's a US Marine.
He belongs to this site his call is Hooklineandsinker.
He will finish his tour in a few months, and will be back in the states, soon.
He would be flattered if you could donate / give this to him.
Best in tensions.

Hey Chris, great gesture on your part and especially to a veteran.
Happy Holiday to you and your family. I'm glad things are getting back on track.

Last Tday and Xmas of 14 my Godson/ nephew made it home unannounced and showed up at my Parents house both times
And made it a true New England Holiday.
We were able to re connect and discuss what the future holds for him and for a 21 YO he has his chit in order and focused on staying in the field/ Gov't.
He couldn't make it back for my Dads/his grandfathers funeral but was able to make it State side for the fourth of July.
We were lucky enough to wet a line together and discuss our influential loss to the family.
When we parted I took his reel and told him I would field strip it and do it some good.
For Xmas I have some Sebiles and other terminal stuff for him but he will not get them till we meet again.
Chris I truly appreciate your more than generous donation, but most of all, you have been through the wringer of the crap but yet you still think of others.
I commend you for that and soon s we'll meet.
As to any that want to donate to my Buddy,Godson and friend I will gladly give you my Sisters addy, shoot me a PM.
Thank you all.
