No Problemo,
Hopefully, between everybody involved, you should have almost what the raffle would have gotten you (without all of the messy cleanup).

I am so hurting right now!

OK, bed time.

Nope and nope. I think when you get to pain like this, the "fun" part that you might get from these pills is totally dedicated to keeping you from screaming at the top of your lungs 24x7.

I've heard about people getting MS Contin 30's, with 24 grams of dilaudid daily, fentanyl lolipops, and all kinds of crazy goofballs to get through this stuff.

Most of the people I hear about on the boards are from the south, where the laws are much looser, but no wonder that everybody that struggles through this ends up with a dependence problem of one kind or another.

My Doc's the chief of spinal orthopedics and Newton Wellesley and MGH, so he doesn't screw around. The good news is that I'm close to my doc in the acute pain center, so there's non-traditional stuff that he tries so my exposure to the opiates is low.

The only problem I have at this point is getting on unemployment and Mass Health. It takes forever. I'm hoping that I only need it for the summer at the most. I hate to use it, but the way that work treated me left me with my pants down, with no way to pay the mortgage and Jack's health insurance. Thank God I put away enough of the tax money to cover about 5 months of rent. I should be done looking by then. I have an Oracle call tomorrow (oooooooh).

Anyway, there were lots of us who put down some product for the auctions. I may put some more down soon.

OK, gotta fly.
Rick

Damn - T&P up. I am in daily pain, so I can understand that part.
