Not too straight forward. I am using a Mac Book maybe that is the problem? No directions, no options for payment or pay pal. Just looks like I would be sending him an E-mail or something. I am also kind of a technilogical caveman though. So maybe I am missing something??

No, that's my parents address. I think you should send it there though. I ended up winning a bunch of auctions and my wife will have a heart attack if she sees all these plugs start coming in rthe mail. I will send you their address in a PM.
