Making progress in RI?
The RI House just passed legislation that will allow consumers to purchase 1 case or 288 ounces of beer from local breweries. The bill must now win senate approval. This likely represents a compromise with the state's liquor lobby, but it'll be an improvement over the present 32 ounce limitation
