Big Surf

Attempted a few hours of casting last night - some really big rollers coming into our east facing shoreline. The kind of waves that can kill you. Spent most of my time harvesting the rafts of seaweed with my plugs. I might be better off duck-ing into Narragansett Bay for the next few tides until this swell settles. Be cautious out there.

I would think TD 8 would be pushing things up for the next day and it looks like TD 9 is right on its tail for Friday.

tried to head out yesterday for a bit to hunt some hardtails. Water was filthy. Weed everywhere.

Looks like we're in for a long stretch of heavy rolls. Some models calling for the TD9 storm off NE on Monday.

Exactly - that doesn't help with my ferry ride home on Monday...
