CTE Lawsuit vs Patriots and NFL
This killer gang punk just wont die! Maybe they should sue the gang too... Not like he didn't get any blows to his squash while living the life. He was a coward when he lived and died like a coward. Gangs are the worst. Got what he deserved in the end. Phuc him

If there is a lawsuit against the NFL and Patriots, then they better have proof of negligence that they put him out on the field knowing he had brain injury. WTF it just won't go away I guess

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

I agree.
This lawsuit is BS !
Thug his whole life !
The POS fiancé ( and her lawyer) may as well sue the NCAA, College , and Pop Warner league he played in as a kid.

They may as well, because I don't believe he was in the league to accumulate the amount of brain injuries they're claiming. POS girlfriend just trying to grab some money rather than get a job. The lawyers already took all the money and now they want more.

Organizations in his career pre-NFL don't have and $$$$, well maybe the NCAA, to make it worth suing.

Ridiculous! She should have gone to jail as an accessory!
They can file a lawsuit but I doubt they can win this case.
The families of the three murder victims will file civil suits if she wins a judgement and any money she gets will rightfully go to them.
Maybe his former gangmates can pass the hat and take up a collection to help his girlfriend and daughter.
I am so sick of the excuses people make for their own bad decisions!
Good riddance to the lowlife punk.
