I hate squid

So we're out squid fishing this morning, (fishing not catching) , looks to the west and there's a seiner headed our way. Looks like he wants to pass between me and a reef marker I'm jigging around so I move off to give him plenty room. He turns toward me, I move off further , he turns toward me again,,, f him, I takes it out of gear and sits.
For the life of me I don't know what that was all about but he stop right close and starts to haul back,,,, spool fills up, sack is raise, pulls the cord, empty....
Talk about loosing interest , if he skunked what chance did we have with a couple jigs in the water..... Grrrrrrr

Went back to yard work! :-(
