alright, gents, i have decided to set the date for the charter trip on sept. 12. it's convient for me and others. so how does it sound?
Stripinlin and his uncle are probably or DEFINITELY out. so that leaves shore manic, me, and swede. so anyone can fill it up the last seat.

Hey, so far, it's me, Swede, and Shore Manic who are interested in chartering with Capt. Mike. I have one more seat for an available angler. Grab the opportunity.
Oh, guys, Capt. Mike said that he has the date I chose booked for another party. So he told me to make a call. We will see what happens next. I might change the date and keep y'all posted.

The costs are $250 for four anglers for four hours of striper or flounder fishing on morning or evening. I am still determined to find a date for the charter before making the deposit ASAP. I will get back to you.

Hell no, I'm not kidding. I've mated for Captain Mike before , Fact is, had I gone fishing the day he got his 50#er like he asked me to, I woulda had a 33% chance that would be my 50#er

okay, i'll take your words for it. oic, i think ure envious of his catch, arent u? i havent got anything over 20 lbs. if i catch my 40 lbs, i will head to rick's in morning and get it weighted. hey, i copied and pasted your eeling 101. its helpful. i slinged a eel last night. i got a few bumps at pocasset river, but the tide was getting low. im gonna try it on back river, close to the structure. i can use andy lemar's counting method for eeling, right?

That counting method is for drifting in a rip. If you cast and count an eel at Back River it will ball up on you. You need a fast current to do a count & swing. What you'll want to do is to cast and retrieve - much like a regular plug. Just reel it S L O W

Weewee, you can catch Fluke but up there sometimes you'll find a lot more winter flounder than summer

Anyway I'm going out on the Cathy Ann on Fri. the 5th

so far, it is me, shore manic, swede, and ben (are you in?) are in. so y'all can send me a check or cash when meeting me in person or by mail. i never used a paypal once. so i dunno how it works. i already divided up the costs. it costs $250 for four anglers. so $250 divide by 4 equals $62.50. u can add $5 to ur money if u want capt. mike to fillet for you. i personally keep my own catches. im hoping to get my pic taken at fore river's.

I'm keeping the date on. So there is a seat left for any available angler. And also I have mailed the deposit to Capt. Mike.
