Let's cut the benefits for those takers. Handicap and poor should take care of themselves and lift themselves out of poverty. Agencies that would feel the brunt include the Dep. of Education, State Dep., Dep. of Health and Human Services and the EPA.

i didn’t say to cut benefits from the handicapped. i said there’s value, ifmone. an work, in getting them
to work. you have your work cut out, making that sinister. bill

I never claimed you said anything or that there was not value in work. Did Bill Clinton cut food stamps for poor children?
