Not new to the forum....mostly a lurker. listening and learning. After seeing all the beautiful plugs being made on this board, i was wondering if you guys sell them or not. i would be really interested in adding to my collection!

sooner or later a builder is forced into pimping his stash if he wants to keep a stable..$$ will reck u ..Its an exspensive hobby and your always chasing parts..ayc..grommets..hooks..lips..nevermind setting up a shop ..and most important it cuts into fishing time if you let it ..

HRJAW,
Be careful who you deal with. There is a person out here who does not honor a deal!.

SK, Those are pretty harsh words.
If you paid someone for a plug and they did not deliver, Shame on them.
Unless it is a site sponsor, I think you need to confront them privately, via E-mail or PM.
IMHO, I think it is unfair to cast a shadow of doubt and suspicion over the entire plug making community here because of this incident.

Just a reminder - "officially" there is no plug selling going on here. We have a few plug sponsors here that do show their wares and where they are offered.
Will it change in the future? There might be an avenue later on but it will not be on S-B. In fairness to the guys that do sponsor on S-B...
This board was started to share in plug making and for you guys to show off your awesome work (and it is awesome) and I realize that a few of you might be moving stuff on the side but please don't use S-B as a conduit to move a lot of stuff. Some of you have asked me about selling and I need to refrain from allowing it for now. I hope you understand that I'm not trying to bust stones here. Just trying to balance things between being open and fair to those that help keep the lights on too.
Thanks...

Bernzy, John, and all,
Sorry.
You are correct. There are alot of very nice talented people
out here and I should not make a blanket statement like I did.
It should have been kept private.
Lost my mind for a moment.

Trading has always been OK, encouraged too , and will always be OK (I'll trade ya some lint for some of those schweet swimmahs - lint is about all I got left these days). And I understand when someone asks to sell a few plugs, certainly helps the guy making them to get back some of his coin. I just think the nature of this site, and this forum in particular, would suffer if it was wide open plug sellers are us instead of the open sharing it's been... It's one thing to trade - even for the occasional coin - when you come across something or have something someone else wants, it's a bit different to do so with the express purpose of moving merchandise... Sorry it it sounds a little confusing, I'm not exactly a wordsmith...

Nice even the fisherman formally known as Newel Guy has BM plug's. I guess 300 miles is to far to throw a Danny.

You found the "Wall of BM Danny's" at the Bait Shack.
Still some Mr. Wiggly's in there if ya look around, and some other neat stuff is hidden in the dusty corners....
