Been logging with my assistant all week. He's 6' 3" 250 and a BIG help. Kicking back for the next 2 days.
We took down a dead Red Oak that we got 2 cords out of split and stacked.

felt like that yesterday...fished from westerly to narrow river...saw one guy catch a hickory and another get a tog and that was it...dead porpoise on the beach and lots of bait around including adult bunker but not much else...couldn't complain about the day...felt like summer, got plenty of exercise...and...some fishermen suck at parking...the red and blue car both parked with the stripe down the middle of their cars taking up 4 spaces on a Saturday at a popular right of way access with limited parking.....
