Any unused rod?

Does anyone got any unused or old conventional with trigger lamiglas 7 ft rod for light tackle fishing for jigging and plugging lures 1/2 to 2 oz? i want to use it on a calcutta reel 300 or 251. anything settle for up to $100.

Should get a nice 8 footer, any of the good ones, Lami, Loomis, All Star, St Croix, Even Batson would work great...

Recommendation!

Joe,

I have a recommendation.

A few years back in my FW bass life.I had a St. Croix SCIII built for me by a builder friend of mine in PA. Its the 7' Heavy action blank. I had it built to pitch jigs with to heavy cover. When I gave up the pressure fishing in FW and switched back to the salt. I decided this rod would make a nice jetty rod to throw bucktails and kastmasters. Well after using it for 3 yrs I have found it does just about everything I want it to off the jetties.

I believe that St. Croix offers this rod in a factory version as the
AC70H but I am not absolutely sure. I think the factory version sells for around $130. They also have the tidewater series which is about $25 less. However it is a bit heavier in weight.

Just a thought??

Notaro, I have a St. Croix 8' conv. rod that I don't use. It has a penn 965 on it. You can take it any way you want, with or without reel. PM me if interested.
