Enjoying the first day of my 4 day work week.. full retirement isn't far away..
tomorrow , chasing bait and bugs at first light, looking foreword to retiring my Scotty pot hauler and using my new Discovery bay power hauler..
picking tomatoes, 'cukes and zuks when I get home..
Sunday lobster rolls, cumber and tomato salad and home brew on the boat..it's the only time I pray for a sea breeze.

Since you work EVERY weekend, you should already have some millions put away.... What am I missing? Would really like to hear something social, fishing related, or fun one of these weekend plans threads. Do you have some weekdays off?
Just shut down at noon. Project almost done. Finish it up Tuesday after Monday's rain.
Have fraternity brother and his wife coming in from Texas for Saturday. We've not seen each other in forty years. Going to show them Marblehead but likely from the comfort and AC of my Tahoe... Boat has no cover or shade. Start with lobster rolls and tomato bruscettas here and play tour guide until we go to a dinner on the water at either Finz in Salem or Mission on the Bay in Swampscott.
Enjoy the new central air on Sunday. I will get back to boating after the heat subsides...

Going to try to find some bass in Plymouth ,with an old friend
Seeing it's the only fishable area near me when the SW wind blows hard like it's expected to

I wish. I am in a lousy situation of being paid decently, being able to work from home (both good) but some things I do for clients (including health care and law enforcement) have to take place after hours. Last 6 weeks I have had several "days #^&#^&#^&#^& that I never took because I was too busy.
So I can take a pay cut and work regular hours or do what I am doing. But this will change in the next year or so hopefully. If where I work does not change, as in hire some other senior people to spread the load, I do not understand how I can stay.

Lots of company today if you had gone, I’m not going out until this weather breaks, boy an overcast light rain day would be so nice right now. Before I headed to the golf course at 6 am I drove to the point, every photographer in the area was there and lots of boats and four kayaks that I saw.
