Weather reports again!
Well it’s starting like last year. Checked the forecast last night. For today. National weather marine forecast has 10 15kt winds with gust up to 20.
Stayed in bed only to wake up to a new forecast of 5to 10

I seem to always experience the opposite...
Forecasted 5-10..... Reality ends up being 15-20

I find Windy is much more reliable... Still has it's moments, but if you spend a little time watching the weather patterns/front movement, you can get a good idea and USUALLY tell when they look off.

Thanks all Roy the responses
I usually do the wait and see if it’s just me.. but when I invite friends who drive over an hour to go I try to pick better days . A few don’t care but this time of year. A windy day on the water can be miserable
So far tomorrows looking good

When i had a boat and was still working, being on a trailer was a big plus, so i could launch where wind might not kill my day. Being in a kayak now and fishing more for good eaters, i have to pay close attention to the wind predictions.
