directions for 2nite?

I daon't remember the exact way I went last time but it was somethin like 495 to 24 to 140 to 195? Anyone clue me in?

495 to 24 south to 140 south to 195 east rt 18 exit south, dont no the exit number 18 south follow signs for RT6 east go over bridge should be first right at the set of lights.The VFW is right there on your left. if you need any more help call me.. pm for the number.
