glue question?

what kind of glue should i use? to glue rubber skirts into plastic heads?
5 minute epoxy wont stick to the rubber.
superglue sticks to the rubber, and the plastic nicely, but it melts the plastic, and is too thin to work with. just ends up all over my fingers.
any ideas for superglue, only thicker?

thanks,
mike d.

Use Zap-A-Gap in the thicker formula and the accelerator. You put the glue on the skirt and spray the accelerator on the plastic. Stick them together very quickly as the accelerant creates an almost instant bond.
