New chunk rod

With all this red mono and red hooks talk lately I figured I'ld wrap a red rod to see if this color realy works.

Recently picked up this Batson 7' rod at M&D's for cheap $ too.. Its a Swb70h-b e-glass rod(?), I'll be useing this as chunk rod and live bait.

Goose, you inspired me. i did a little diamond wrapping in the rod i wrapped this weekend. not too bad for a first try. plenty of space between the feet on a 50 collector guide. i'll get a pic tonight before the epoxy goes on. thanks for the tips on that.
