okuma reels

does anybody know of any shops near the cape,southshore,wareham,buzzardsbay,area that services okuma reels

Drive (or have dad drive) 40-60 miles in Cape summer traffic, drop off reel, drive back in two weeks to pick it up, all to fix a reel that'll break again before Labor Day.

Just buy a new one. Better yet, buy something that'll last at least a full season. The Canal eats cheap reels for breakfast. I'd talk to Mike about a Shimano Stradic.
