Unhappy No Tuna Today at Chatham...

Hoped to put a fat football in the cooler so I could have something to eat with my Bud Light, but the fish had other plans...

Very quiet today at Crab Ledge. No whales, no bait, and the sheerwaters were happy to dive on our rigs; that was the clue that today would be a quiet one. But, it was nice to chase something other than bass... not that there's anything wrong with bass! No!

A good friend who fishes tuna commercially told me to keep going and soon we would have a great day, sometimes the winds can change things quickly out there. He had been trying to keep the footballs off his rigs the past few weeks.

Anyone else been offshore????
