Saw a cool show on NESN this afternoon
Can't remember what it was called. The program featured two guys off of Point Judith drifting eels. I only caught the end, but they were into fish up to 40#. Made my mouth water.

That was On the Hook. The guest was Captain Mike Neto. Mike knows his stuff and is an expert on light tackle fishing. Two years ago a kid on one of his charters caught a 62# fish, the Jr. World Record.

Yes they did well, caught some very nice fish. I caught the show just after it started and heard them say PJ several times, never seen PJ from the water but it didn't look like PJ to me, left me kind of wondering? Also fishing eels during the day, must be a boat thing.

The boat probably left from PJ, it looked like they were on the south side of Block Island.

way to much time on my hands
I saw a on the hook a few months ago and the show took place on Block Island. They had hired a guide and fished eels in deep water with no weight. Great show. I saw the episode two days ago were they they were at Point Judith. I both shows on tevo. I have gatherd the evidence. You decide.

I talked a while with Andy at the Providence show, that guy is excitable. Raving about the fishing from the Vineyard to the Block
