Are you getting tired of watching fishing shows on TV
All those FW bass shows...I can't take another one.
I have to say that I think there are more SW shows on TV this year they ever before. It sustains me thru the winter. While it is fun, I need to do it myself. Soon....as soon as this snow melts.
I almost took the cover off the boat to install a couple new items but I think it is still winter out there.

I occasionally watch the one on OLN in the morning while at the gym. They are awful and the promoting of the sponsor's items never stops. Awful. Thanks to NESN, there are more saltwater shows on now than ever.

Saltwater Sunday on ESPN has become part of my winter routine.
0500 - Feed dog
0530 - Walk dog
0600 - Settle in for 4 hrs of fishing tv, coffee, and maybe some pastry.
1000 - Fishing turns to drag racing and I get started on the honey do list.
The "Bass Saturday" on ESPN does suck, but it remains on in the background.
OTW's sunday night show is great.
I love the simpsons.
I wish there was some hockey on TV.
March Madness is fun for now. FOR NOW.
I CANT WAIT FOR SPRING ANY LONGER I AM GOING INSANE

I like "Fishin' with Tom and Tina" on the Sporstman Channel. The video and audio never match any show on that channel and Tina has really, really big boobs! Ol' Tom Mann must have a lot of dough to keep her looking the way she does.
|
Why even try.........

Fishing shows still beat those stupid reality TV shows. But I'm ready for the real thing again.

Getting tired of reading magazines about it....

Going to talks...seminars.....shows.......
I even ordered some videos from the library today...all the ones with STRIPED BASS in the title
- Mike Laptew's stripers in paradise
- Secrets of the striper pros
- Striper school for new saltwater anglers

FWW, you got that right! My GF can hear a fishing show from the next room and I will hear her saying "Nice fish!" We usually bet the under/over on how long before someone on the show says "nice fish"....seems to be in the 40 second range

I'll admit to much FW fishin does get old , then again if it where all striper boat fish it would get old and if it where shore bass NewEngland cells would get crowded. Its fine just the way it is imo.
