great time on the fourth

Hit Race Point on the Fourth, and hit it good.A little crowded,but very workable.Caught many 30" fish,3 fish 34,34.5,35,and the big one 42"( my brothers first striper !)Lost another good one at the boat,so if anyone got one with a 3oz red jig your welcome! Even did a little tubing at slack tide!wish I could share some pics with everyone, but I can't figure out how to attach them.

Make it idiot proof, and someone will make a better idiot.

I was there on the 5th. A nice day with alot of good fish not too many large. One about 26 pounds.

We did manage to hook up to someone else's old rig, upon reeling it in to get a free jig, noted that the protecting vinly tube was still on the hook. Some people just in a hurry I guess.

Beamie;
snagged an umbrella on 200ft of wire a number of years back, untangled the wire, clipped the like new brella on and banged doubles, triples and quads of bass 6-26lbs; till we hung bottom and lost it a few hours later...
the sea giveth and taketh...
