17-20 foot ? boat trailer. Needs a little help, but has extra parts. Will trade for plugs! Must be picked up in Hyannis

Specialist, to get around the "documented", say its a homemade job, get a dummy 'bill of sale' for an axle, tires, winch, ect from a friend ... they will ask no questions at the registry.

Anyone got a trailer that will hold my Parker, it needs to be dual axle and hold about 7000 lbs!
