Cool

You should look at getting a rubberized Grunden's foul weather top. Every surfcaster should have one.

I've used the Cabelas dry-plus jacket for years. It's never let me down. I think they are still only ~$100.

Best regards,
Roger

Carhart has a nice rubber jacket with neoprene cuffs for under $50.

Might be the road I take this fall since I don't surf fish all that much.

That looks a lot like my Grundens

I've got both a breathable Patagonia wading jacket and a Grundens unlined pullover. The breathable is nice if you've got a walk ahead of you or you're fishing in spray but if you're seriously "takin' it to the suds"- (it's really the way to let you know you're alive!)- get the Grundens. They're made for work, affordable and 5/0 hook-proof. Don't forget a wader belt!
