I have been spinning all of my plugs on wooden dowls baught from HD. They are nice and I haven't had any troubles with them. I hear quite a few of you talking about basswood and yellow cedar. Any idea wear I can get my hands on some cedar and what is the difference? Thanks again for your help. I'll be aure to get some finnished products up in a few days so you guys can see the work I've been doing with all your help. Later

Good Luck On The Water!!!!!

there is a shop called the Woodery in Lunenburg that has some.

if you want to try red cedar just find a fence supplier and ask if they have WRC ballisters. I know Reliable fence in Woburn has them
